Who We Are

Mission: To end the overpopulation crisis and ensure a better future for all animals.

Antrim County Pet and Animal Watch (ACPAW) is a nonprofit organization based in Antrim County, Michigan, dedicated to improving the welfare of animals in the community. Founded in 1995, ACPAW was created in response to the growing need for humane animal care, adoption, and education services in the area.

Over the years, ACPAW has played a significant role in the local community, working to rescue animals, find them new homes, and ensure they are treated with kindness and respect. The organization operates through a network of volunteers who help with animal rescue, fostering, adoptions, and outreach programs. ACPAW also works with local shelters, veterinary clinics, and other animal welfare groups to provide a collaborative approach to animal care.

What We Do

In addition to animal rescue and adoption efforts, ACPAW has focused on public education, offering resources and information on pet care, responsible ownership, and the importance of spaying and neutering. The organization hosts community events, fundraisers, and campaigns to raise awareness about animal welfare issues and promote kindness toward animals.

Through its years of service, ACPAW has become a vital resource for the people and animals of Antrim County, helping to ensure a brighter future for pets and promoting a more compassionate community. The organization’s dedication to animal welfare continues to make a positive impact in the region, and ACPAW remains committed to improving the lives of animals and the people who care for them.
