What We Do
Today, the Thomas Judd Care Center continues to serve as a vital resource for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, providing a variety of services including medical care, case management, counseling, and social support. The center is committed to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their healthcare.
In addition to its medical and health services, the center provides educational resources, mental health support, and access to community-based services. The center also offers support groups and advocacy, ensuring that individuals living with HIV/AIDS have the tools and resources they need to navigate their health challenges.
The Thomas Judd Care Center works in collaboration with other healthcare providers, community organizations, and public health agencies to offer a comprehensive approach to HIV/AIDS care. It remains dedicated to reducing the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS and promoting wellness for all individuals affected by the disease.
