Who We Are
Mission: To provide quality character-building experiences for all ages, with a focus on youth, through educational and recreational programs in a safe and fun environment.
Camp Daggett, established in 1925, is a nonprofit organization located on the shore of Walloon Lake in Petoskey, Michigan. At Camp Daggett, we embody ‘The Other Fellow First’ philosophy, fostering a culture where selflessness and compassion prevail, ensuring every camper’s experience is enriched by mutual respect and genuine camaraderie.
What We Do
Key Programs and Services:
- Summer Camps: Camp Daggett offers overnight and day summer camps, providing children with opportunities for adventure, learning, and personal growth.
- Adventure Education: The Adventure Education Center offers year-round indoor and outdoor programs, including wilderness trips and leadership training, designed to build confidence and teamwork skills.
- Facility Rentals: The camp’s facilities are available for rent, accommodating various groups and events, including weddings, retreats, and corporate gatherings.
