Working smoke alarms can cut the risk of death from home fires in half.
That's why we need you to help us install FREE smoke detectors in your community.
This Thursday, June 5th in Mackinaw City, we will be helping to install smoke detectors from 4-8 pm.
Check in time will be at 3:45 pm at the Mackinaw City Fire Station.
Causal work clothes are preferred (i.e. jeans) with closed toed shoes. Red Cross T-Shirts will be provided to each volunteer. Please avoid clothing with political and other advertising. Volunteers will be assigned in groups of three.
